If your new hire leaves or doesn't work out within the first three months, we'll find you a replacement at no additional fee.

For most roles, we deliver your first candidates within 3-5 days, if not sooner. More senior or niche positions might take 2-3 weeks. We'll always be upfront about realistic timelines. We’d rather take the time to ensure every candidate is the right match than send over multiple CVs that haven’t been properly qualified.

We're based in Bournemouth and recruit primarily across the South Coast (Dorset, Hampshire, West Sussex) and Home Counties (Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire). We're open to other locations for the right clients and we often partner with London based companies.
